ePayRent is a mobile-first app designed to streamline the rent payment process for tenants and landlords. I led the design of a secure, simple, and intuitive interface that enables recurring rent payments, receipts, reminders, and communication — all in one place.
Objective
To Revamp and modernize how tenants pay rent and how landlords track and manage payments, focusing on convenience, security, and transparency.

- Recurring Payments: Tenants can set up automatic monthly payments via bank, UPI, or card.
- Payment History: Clear, downloadable receipts for each transaction.
- Chat Support: Direct chat with landlords or support team within the app.
- Reminders & Alerts: Smart reminders before due dates and confirmation after successful payments.
Design Process
User Research: Interviews with renters and landlords to identify pain points.
UI Design: Developed a sleek, brand-consistent look with a focus on usability.
Prototyping: Built interactive prototypes for testing and presentation.
Outcome
Delivered a full mobile app design system with onboarding, dashboard, and transaction flows. Focused on reducing missed payments and improving user trust through clarity and feedback. Positioned the app for use by property managers, landlords, and co-living spaces.
